For what exceeds 250 euros the deduction is 40%. If the donation is loyal, from the third year onwards, this percentage increases to 45%.<\/p>\n<p>Companies may also deduct 40% in full (regardless of their nominal tax rate), with 15% being the maximum percentage of the deduction on the tax base of the tax period. Amounts that exceed this limit may continue to be applied in the settlements of the tax periods that conclude in the immediate and subsequent ten years.
